Reps kicks ship worldwide and usually all of our products are processed within 5 business days.

And we will arrange the delivery after you confirmed the qc photos.

Shipping methods: DHL/FEDEX/USPS/UPS/Royal Mail

Shipping Time: About 10-20 working days for shipping after you confirmed the qc photos if there not has any delay.

Make sure to indicate a valid phone number in the shipping address so that if you are not at home at the time of delivery, you can make a new appointment in agreement with the courier.

All of our products are shipped using secure routes and precautions to reduce the risk of customs interception. If the parcels are still unfortunately checked by the customs and need tariffs, then we will pay half of the tariffs for you.

Returns


If you are not satisfied with your product, you can refund it to us within 30 days of receiving it. We will not accept any returns or exchanges beyond the 30-day period.


If you have already worn this product, the returns policy will not apply. Therefore, please keep the product in exactly the same condition as it was received.

Return process:

1.Contact us for a return address, return the product to the address we have provided to you, and provide us with the tracking number once you returned. 

2.We only accept returns via DHL. If you want to return, please contact the local DHL to confirm the freight and be fully responsible for the return freight.

If you want to exchange shoes then you will need pay the return freight and resend freight.

3.If the package is detained during the return process and cannot be delivered to us, we will not be responsible for it.

4.If the package has tariffs during the return process, then we need to charge you the corresponding tariffs to get the package.

5.Therefore, please choose the product and size carefully before purchasing, and carefully check the QC photos before shipping to avoid the possibility of returning the product.

6.In any event, we will not be able to provide you with a refund if we do not first receive the purchased product.
