Refund Policy

Return Policy

Repskicks does not accept any after-sales requests for products that we subjectively believe to be defective. If you have any questions, you can contact customer service as a matter of priority.

We will do our best to provide you with 100% satisfaction. To request a return, please contact our customer service and tell us the reason for the return. All items sent back to us must be in perfect condition and all items must be in their original condition: unused, unworn, altered or washed, etc.

If you wish to return an item, please contact us for the shipping address.

And all items must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed and with all tags attached. No returns, refunds, or exchanges will be offered more than 30 days after receipt of the shoes.

---- Before placing an order, you need to confirm the style, size and color we provide, Repskicks does not accept returns if it is not a quality issue.

---- If it is a quality issue or we sent you the wrong version, please take pictures of the item and send us the pictures. We will take responsibility for quality items.

---- We are not responsible for packages that are lost in transit.

---- If your item is intercepted by customs, we will resend it to you. (but we will only resend it once)


There will be no returns or exchanges in the following cases.

1) We do not accept items with quality issues due to subjective knowledge of defective merchandise.

2) We do not accept returns on any item that has been used, damaged, engraved or altered.

3) We do not accept the wrong size or style of shoes you ordered.

4) We do not accept unauthorized, incorrectly packaged or improperly insured items.

5) We do not accept responsibility for obvious problems that can be seen in the QC (including incorrect sizes, wrong shoes, defects), so please check the QC images more carefully before shipping.

We will only refund sneakers that meet the above return criteria when we receive them.

We cannot refund you under these circumstances

1) Because you provided us with incorrect shipping information or were unable to receive the package in a timely manner.

2) Because you did not assist with customs pickup (some countries require customs duties to be paid, and we are not responsible for paying them)

Refunds


If you do not want the shoes for your own reasons after you have placed your order and before the shoes are shipped. We will arrange a refund for you. From which platform you paid, we will refund you on the original platform.

1. PayPal refund arrival time (usually real-time)

2. Credit card payment refund arrival time (generally around 7-20 business days)

Order Cancellation


If you have placed an order and want to cancel it, please contact our customer service as soon as possible. However, if your order has already been shipped, we will not be able to cancel it. Thank you for your understanding.
