How long is the shipping time？

Usually all of our products are processed within 5 business days and about 10-20 working days for shipping after you confirmed the qc photos if there not has any delay.

Are the sneakers true to size?

Yes,most of our shoes are true to size,if you are not sure,you can contact us for checking.

Are Repskicks shoes genuine?

All of our shoes are replicas,if you only want to buy genuine shoes, please do not buy from our website.

Can I check the photos before place an order?

We only have qc photos after you place the order ,there's not photos for you to check before purchasing.

Can I cancel the order after purchasing?

If you don't liek the shoes after check the qc photos then we can arrange change one pair for you to check or arrange refund to you.

But if the shoes are confirmed to deliver then will unable to cancel the order.

What is the return ,refund and exchange policy?

If you are not satisfied with your product, you can refund it to us within 30 days of receiving it.

(In the case that the shoes have not been worn, and must be the same as before we sent.learn more on the return policy)

We will not accept any returns or exchanges beyond the 30-day period.
